N.B: Apple Cider Vinegar used on sensitive areas of the Body should be diluted with 1 part of Apple Cider Vinegar to 4 x parts of water.

N.B: Apple Cider Vinegar should not be allowed to come into contact with any Lead based product such as the side on which bread wrappers may have Lead based paints used on them.

N.B: Excess use of Apple Cider Vinegar and other high Acid Liquids can cause loss of Tooth Enamel if allowed to come into contact with Teeth.

N.B. Apple Cider Vinegar must be made correctly from the best products and over the correct period of time (1- 6 weeks) with a full flavor and a strong Apple aroma and should have Sediment at the bottom of the bottle.

     As a Nutritional Supplement ACV contains multiple Vitamins, Minerals and Amino Acids used by the Body for maintaining general health by preventing Disease, controlling Weight, easing Breathing difficulties, Colds and Coughs and settling the Digestive System. Also aids in Digestion, Conditioning of the Skin, Preserving the Memory, while combating Arthritis, Cancer, Infections, Osteoporosis and the Aging of the Mind.

                                                                                                                                                 The Process for Producing ACV

*Whole fresh ripe Apples are washed, chopped and pressed into Sweet Apple Juice, which is sealed tightly away from the air were it takes on a honey - gold colour from the Tannins flowing from the cell walls of the fresh ripe Apples. *The natural Sugars in Sweet Apple Juice are then fermented to produce an Alcohol known as Hard Cider and the natural occurring colorless preservatives are then allowed to come into contact with the air. This produces the rich golden colour seen in the Cider known as Enzymatic Browning, which is much stronger then the original Apple Juice. After the further fermentation process to Apple Cider Vinegar it then contains Dilute Acetic Acid (not to be confused with Acetic Acid) that has been produced from the Alcohol / Hard Cider by the 3 Vinegar Bacilli.

*As Apple Cider Vinegar / ACV it then contains not only the original Pectin, Beta - Carotene and Potassium, but also health promoting Enzymes and Amino Acids. This new brew has similar chemicals to those found in the Human Stomach and contains 30 x Nutrients, 12 x Minerals, 6 x Vitamins and Essential Acids along with several Enzymes. Besides these it has Complex Carbohydrates and Dietary Soluble Fibre known as Pectin for a healthy Heart, which dissolves in the Body slowing down the absorption of food and liquid in the Intestines. (It stays in the Body longer, unlike Insoluble Fibre that rushes through the Body.) The Pectin binds itself to Cholesterol pulling it out of the Body.

*In the volatile vapour given off from the Apple Cider Vinegar there are at least 93 different components, Acids, Alcohols, Bases, Carbonyls, Esters, Furans, Hydrocarbons and Phenols. This makes it anti - Septic killing Germs on contact and also an anti - Biotic as it contains Bacteria unfriendly to the Micro - Organisms and therefore acts as a Disinfectant.

*Just a simple teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a tall glass of Vegetable Juice gives a combination of Fibre and Beta - Carotene and it also supplies a balanced dose of vital Amino Acids, Minerals and Vitamins required by the Body and the Mind.

N.B: Use only 100% Apple Cider Vinegar as it has many Health properties, unlike other Vinegars that can be detrimental to health.

N.B: Ensure that there is a dark brown heavy sediment in the bottom of the bottle as this is the source of the Good Bacteria that is required.

*As a source of Potassium it maintains the pH in the Body, assisting the Tissues to recover from exertion and prevents bruising and Urinary Calculi / Stones.

N.B: If the Urine becomes Alkaline (Litmus paper can be used to check) sickness may occur and the Apple Cider Vinegar / ACV changes it back to Acid.

Dosage: 1 to 2 x teaspoons in a glass of Water with 1 x teaspoon of Honey first thing each morning and increase eventually to 3 x times a day before meals. It can also be added to Juice to suite.
